Do you charge for delivery?

No, we don’t charge for delivery beyond Rs.500/- value.

What are your delivery times?

We have a lot of delivery slots that you can chose as per your convenience. Please visit the checkout page to select the slots that works best for you.

Can I change the delivery address of my order?

At this time, we do not offer this option. We deliver only to the address that is selected at the time of placing the order. You can, however, cancel your order within 30 minutes of placing and reorder from a different locality.

What if I don’t receive my order by the scheduled time?

On rare occasions, due to unforeseen circumstances, your order might be delayed. In case of imminent delay, our customer support executive will keep you updated about the delivery time of your order.

Can you please share the contact number of the delivery boy?

Please send us your order details and number via Call, WhatsApp or social media DM and we shall get back to you on the same.

Our delivery guys will surely contact you once your order is confirmed and is on its way for delivery.

Please share the time so that we are prepared with the cash or the society members on the gate.

Why dont you have the delivery status and time? It’s your duty to tell us.

Please don’t give delivery in the evening till then the vegetables are not fresh

Your safety is our utmost priority, and we ensure that the entire process of cleansing and sanitation is carried out before the products reach you. The delivery of the fruits and vegetables generally is done within an 18-hour window. Our products are directly picked from the farms; thus, it ensures that the produce is fresh till it reaches your homes. The time at which the products will reach you, entirely depends upon your area and the confirmation of your order.

Can you please give the order number to us?

Can you help us with your mobile number and order details in our DM on social media or via call and we shall revert back to you with the details on the same.

What kind of products do you sell?

You can choose from over 200 products spread across categories such as fruits & vegetables, and Indian Sweet & Savory Items.

What cities and locations do you operate in?

Sara Grocery  currently operates in Mumbai, Thane, Navi Mumbai, Pune, panji (Goa).

Do you deliver to my location?

We deliver in select localities across the cities we are present in. You can edit your location settings to check if we deliver in your area.

What is the minimum order value?

The minimum order value is INR 200.

Do you charge any amount or taxes over and above the rates shown?

No, we do not charge anything over and above the rates shown. However, we do have a packaging fee for carton packaging.

How can I make changes to my order before and after confirmation?

You can edit your products in the cart before checkout. If you’ve already placed an order, you can cancel and reorder it, with the required list.

How do I delete my account?

You will need to contact our customer support through email or helpline number to delete your account.

How can I be sure the fruits and vegetables I order are of good quality?

Our fruits and vegetables have a quality check process in place to ensure quality of the items delivered is up to the mark. We ensure that all vegetables go through a strict sorting, cleaning & grading process.

How will I know if any item in my order is unavailable?

You will receive an SMS/WhatsApp notification or a call from our support team informing you about the unavailable items in this situation. Refunds (if any) will also be initiated within 24 hours.

Is it safe to use my debit/credit card to shop on Sara Grocery ?

Yes, it is. All transactions on Sara Grocery are completed via secure payment gateways (PayU) which are PCI and DSS compliant. We do not store your card details at any given time.

I’m trying to place an order for next day delivery but it is getting scheduled for the next day. What can I do?

If you order before 11 PM the order will be taken in next day delivery otherwise it will be placed for one day after delivery.

Can I schedule an order to my convenience?

Sure, there are plenty of slots available that you can choose which best suits your schedule. However, order once placed can't be re-scheduled.

How can I review my receipt?

We handover the receipt from the merchant to you at the time of delivery. Also, you can look at your transaction history in the “My Orders” tab.

What should I do if the quality of the product is not good?

Firstly, we apologize for this. Kindly let us know as soon as possible through a message, call, or email. All perishable products complaints are taken into consideration on the same day of delivery.

What should I do if a product is missing?

You can inform the delivery partner immediately. He will help you out. If he has left by the time you check, please let us know immediately through messages, call, or email as missing complaints are acceptable on the day of delivery.

How can I make payments at Sara Grocery?

Sara Grocery accepts multiple modes of payment. You can make online payments using Credit cards, Debit cards, Netbanking, PayTM, PayU Money, UPI and Wallet, Cash on delivery (COD) is also available for orders less than Rs. 1000.

When will I get my cashback?

If your transaction is eligible for a cashback, you will receive it within 6 to 48 hours of delivery, in your Sara Grocery Wallet.

How long do you take to initiate my refund?

  1. For pre-paid/online transactions the refunds will be credited/rolled back to your original mode of payment, i.e. within 10-14 working days & for debit/credit card payments it takes 24-48 hours.
  2. The refund against Sara Grocery cash used will be credited in the Sara Grocery Wallet. For the remaining amount, the customer has the option to get the refund in his/her designated bank account via NEFT (for which the customer shall have to share the bank details) and in such a case the credit of refund into the designated bank account will take 7-10 working days. Otherwise, they can still choose to take the remaining refund in Sara Grocery  Wallet.

Can I top up my Sara Grocery Wallet?

Yes, you should be able to add money as Sara Grocery  Wallet.
